第九届国际岩石力学会议于1985年6月18日至21日在保加利亚召开.参加这次会议的有苏、波、英、美、加拿大、西德、东德、中国等16个国家的60名代表.我国参加这次会议的代表有牛锡倬、宋振骐、刘先贵三位同志.会上共宣读论文42篇,刘先贵同志在大会上宣读了《陶庄水采冲击地压研究》的论文,受到与会代表的重视,给予较高的评价;国际岩石力学局主席、苏联代表等还特别预祝我们取得更新的成就.
The Ninth Session of the International Conference on Rock Mechanics was held in Bulgaria from June 18 to June 21, 1985. Sixty-six countries including Su, Bo, Britain, the United States, Canada, West Germany, East Germany and China attended the meeting Representatives of our country attended this meeting with three representatives of Niu Xiutang, Song Zhenqi and Liu Xianghui, and 42 articles were read out at the conference. Comrade Liu Xiangui read out the paper entitled “Research on the Impact of Water Pressing on Taozhuang in the General Assembly” Representatives of the emphasis given to a higher rating; IAR President, representatives of the Soviet Union also especially wish us new achievements.
