一、概述九江大桥是广州至湛江国道干线上一座大型的公路桥梁,1988年6月12日建成通车。为了高速、经济地建成九江大桥,广东省建委和省交通厅决定,本桥采用设计施工联合招标。这是我省基本建设体制改革和实行招标制度的初次尝试,评标结果,由广东、湖南两省公路设计、科研、施工部门组成的粤湖九江大桥承包公司中标。该公司提出的预应力混凝土连续刚构桥设计方案,评标结论为;“技术先进、造价合理、工期较短”。工程承包总造价为6400万元,工期为33个月。承担本桥设计任务的是广东省公路勘察规划设计院,湖南省交通规划勘察设计院和广东省交通科研所。承包
I. Overview Jiujiang Bridge is the main road from Guangzhou to Zhanjiang, a large highway bridge, June 12, 1988 opened to traffic. In order to speedily and economically built Jiujiang Bridge, Guangdong Provincial Construction Commission and the Provincial Department of Communications decided to design and construction of the bridge joint bidding. This is the first attempt of our provincial capital construction system reform and the implementation of the bidding system. The bid evaluation results were won by the contract company of Guangdong Jiujiang Bridge consisting of the highway design, research and construction departments of Guangdong and Hunan provinces. The company proposed prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge design, evaluation conclusion as “advanced technology, reasonable cost, shorter duration.” The total cost of construction contract is 64 million yuan, the construction period is 33 months. To undertake the design task of this bridge is the Guangdong Provincial Highway Survey and Design Institute, Hunan Provincial Transport Planning Survey and Design Institute and Guangdong Provincial Communications Research Institute. contract
