Success Group, headed by Malaysian Chinese entrepreneur Chen Zhiyuan, has jointly invested with Jeju International Free City Development Center to build Jeju Tourism and Leisure Resort. Jeju Tourism & Leisure Resort is close to Jeju Chinese Tourism Park. It is a comprehensive tourism development project integrating living, recuperation and entertainment functions. The park covers an area of 743,700 square meters with a total investment cost of 600 million U.S. dollars. The successful investment amounts to 81% and 19% of the total investment respectively by Success Group and Jeju International Free City Open Center. The whole project was completed in 2011.
