地下工程中的施工缝、变形缝及断裂缝渗漏水,通常是用一种材料单层注浆或使用其它柔性材料处理,虽有一定的堵水效果,但却不能从根本上堵住渗漏水,针对这个问题我们在工程中通过双层注浆的试验应用,取得了较好的堵水效果。变形缝的双层注浆,即下层注丙凝,上层注氰凝或其它弹性材料,本文就其工艺、及其技术经济效果作一介绍。
The construction joints, deformation joints, and fracture leakage water in underground engineering are usually treated with a single layer of grouting material or other flexible materials. Although there is a certain water plugging effect, it cannot block the seepage. Leakage, in response to this problem, we have achieved a better water blocking effect through the application of double grouting in the project. The double-layer grouting of deformation joints, ie, the lower layer of injection of acrylonitrile, the upper layer of cyanogen condensate or other elastic materials, will be introduced in this paper on its process, technical and economic effects.
