南非被称为七彩国度,那是因为它拥有形形色色的多种民族、多姿多彩的文化传统、美丽旖旎的自然风光和神奇迷人的野生生物世界。 南非不仅种族、文化、地理分布、环境气候各色各样,南非的各个省份也色彩纷呈,无论是风景、植被、气候还是产业发展都各不相同。根据1993年南非宪法,南非共和国被划分为9个省,每个省有各自的立法机关、总理(省长)和部长(厅长)。而西开普省由于独特的地位,理所当然地成为南非和整个非洲的门户。
South Africa is known as the Seven Colors, because it has all kinds of multi-ethnic, colorful cultural traditions, beautiful natural beauty and the magical and charming wildlife world. South Africa is not only racially, culturally, geographically distributed and has a variety of environmental climates. The various provinces in South Africa are also characterized by colorful scenes. Their landscapes, vegetation, climate and industrial development are all different. Under the South African Constitution of 1993, the Republic of South Africa is divided into nine provinces, each with its own legislative body, premier (governor) and minister (chief of staff). Due to its unique status, Western Cape became a natural gateway to South Africa and Africa as a whole.
