初中生数学学习力是初中生数学学习的动力、能力、毅力、转化力和创造力的综合.构成学习力的各要素、各层面之间是相互作用、相互包容、相互影响的,各要素必须相互协调发展.本文从学生学习力的需求状况、教师对学生学习力的培养状况等方面,对初中学生的数学学习力进行了调查、分析,提出通过构建丰富多样的课堂教学模式、开展综合与实践数学教学、数学实验教学、改进学生的学业评价等途径,促进学生数学学习力的提高.
