血清(浆)中维生素A的水平常常被用来评价机体维生素A的营养状况,但是血液中维生素A水平受很多因素的影响,所以在一定程度上不能真实反映机体维生素A的营养状况和利用情况,因而有可能影响评价的可靠性。有人建议用“相对剂量反应”和“视黄醇体池反应”作评价指标,因为这些方法更接近真实的生理状态。但是它们是以维生素A的正常运转为前提的,所以摸清影响维生素A运转的客观因素对建立新的评价方法十分必要。本文主要是研究不同蛋白质水平和热量的摄入对大鼠维生素A运转的影响。

This article focuses on the different protein levels and calorie intake on vitamin A operation in rats.
