目的了解健康教育课开课情况不同的学校学生健康相关知识、态度、行为状况,评价东城区学校健康教育的效果。方法采用分层随机整群抽样方法,从东城区独立开设和未独立开设健康教育课学校中,分别抽取1 699名和326名小学生,使用自编结构式调查问卷进行调查,比较2组学生得分情况。结果独立开设健康教育课的学生健康知识水平高于未上课的学生(及格率62.7%>41.7%),刷牙、吃蔬菜等健康行为的执行率也高于未独立上课的学生。结论要以健康教育课为主要途径开展学校健康教育,提高学生的健康知识水平,促进学生健康行为的形成。
Objective To understand the health-related knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of school-based students with different classes of health education and to evaluate the effects of school health education in Dongcheng District. Methods A stratified random cluster sampling method was used to select 1,699 pupils and 326 primary school students independently and independently from Health Education Classes in Dongcheng District. Self-compiled questionnaires were used to investigate the scores of two groups of students. Results The health education level of students who independently set up health education classes was higher than that of non-class students (pass rate 62.7%> 41.7%). The implementation rate of healthy behaviors such as brushing teeth and eating vegetables was also higher than that of students without independent classes. Conclusion Health education class should be the main way to carry out school health education, improve students ’health knowledge and promote the formation of students’ health behaviors.
