自改革开放以来,国内服装业模板制作经历了由手工时代到机器时代的进步和发展,而随着自动化服装模板技术的广泛运用,手工模板制作终将被完全取而代之。自动化服装样板技术的出现和普及,很大程度降低了生产成本、提高了工作效率,同时保证了服装产品的质量,进而推动国内整个服装业的未来发展。本文基于国内服装样板技术的发展历史之上,先指出手工样板制作的不足和缺陷,接着介绍了以自动化模板技术为原理的自动化模板机,最后对自动化服装样板技术的具体应用进行详细分析。
Since the reform and opening up, the domestic garment industry template production has gone through from the manual to the machine-time progress and development, and with the widespread use of automated garment template technology, manual template production will eventually be completely replaced. The emergence and popularization of automated garment model technology has greatly reduced the production cost and raised the work efficiency, and at the same time, ensured the quality of the garment products and further promoted the future development of the domestic garment industry. Based on the history of the development of garment sample technology in our country, we point out the shortcomings and flaws of manual sample production. Then we introduce the automatic template machine that takes the automatic template technology as the principle. Finally, we analyze the application of automated sample garment technology in detail.
