上消化道大出血是临床内、外科常见的急重症,近些年来关于上消化道出血的诊断和治疗虽有很大进展,但病死率仍高达10%左右。我们选择有较强收敛止血作用的五倍子、明矾和曾用于治疗溃疡病的诃子,制成复方五倍子液(五倍子15g,诃子5g,明矾5g)。制法:先将五倍子、诃子加水100ml,煎煮至50ml左右倾出,再加水80ml煎煮,过滤后将两次滤液合在一起煎煮至30ml,加明矾5g加热溶解后过
