本人从高职院校培育和践行社会主义核心价值观特点入手,以南通航运职业技术学院为例,初步归纳出从组织领导与长效机制并重、线上互动与线下活动并举、媒体宣传与党政评价并联等三方面做好高职院校培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的经验做法,并提出从注重隐性教育手段应用和加强制度保障等两个方面不断提升高职院校培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的实效性。
