在党的各级领导班子建设中,提高班子成员的个体素质很重要,它是增强各级领导班子战斗力的一个重要环节。然而,在班子建设中,仅仅提高班子成员的个体素质还不够。党的领导是集体领导,要有效地实现集体领导,就必须注重发挥党的领导班子的整体功能。在协调班子的过程中,党的各级领导班子的“班长”,起着关键的作用。因此,作为一“班”之“长”,党的各级领导班子的书记都应该掌握协调班子的方法和艺术,这是做好领导工作的一项基本功。
In building the leading bodies at all levels of the party, it is important to improve the individual qualities of the members of the workforce. It is an important link in enhancing the combat effectiveness of the leading bodies at all levels.
