全血化学发光(Chemiluminescence of Whole Blood,CL)是近些年在吞噬细胞化学发光基础上,迅速发展起来的测定全血中粒细胞吞噬功能和血清调理活性的一种灵敏、准确、快速和简便的方法。本研究采用全血化学发光法,分别以血清调理的醇母和未经调理的灭活的核粒梭形杆菌作为刺激剂,检测龈炎、青少年牙周炎和成人慢性牙周炎患者各10例,从氧化代谢角度评价其外周血多形核白细胞(PMNS)的吞噬杀菌功能。结果表明,青少年牙周炎和成人慢性牙周炎患者的PMNS并不低下。
