目的探讨人流吸管最佳的洗涤方法。方法选取妇产科使用后、经预处理的人流吸管150件,随机分为A组、B组、C组各50件,A组采用手工刷洗、B组采用超声机洗、C组采用超声机洗加人工刷洗的方法;三组人流吸管经上述洗涤程序后均采用高压水枪冲洗管腔,蒸馏水冲洗、烘干,用目测观察和ATP生物荧光检测法检查吸管清洁质量。结果 C组的清洁效果明显高于A组和B组。结论人流吸管的清洁质量与清洗方法密切相关,采用超声机洗结合人工刷洗的方法可有效保证清洁质量。
Objective To study the optimal washing method of flow straws. Methods After the obstetrics and gynecology was used, 150 pre-treated human flow straws were randomly divided into group A, group B and group C, each with 50 pieces. Group A was manually scrubbed, while group B was treated with ultrasound. Wash with artificial brushing method; three groups of abortion straws after the above washing procedures are used to flush the lumen with high-pressure water cannons, distilled water rinse, drying, visual inspection and ATP biofluorescence test to check the quality of pipette cleaning. Results The cleaning effect of group C was significantly higher than that of group A and group B. Conclusion The cleaning quality of flow straws is closely related to the cleaning method. The ultrasonic cleaning combined with manual brushing method can effectively ensure the cleaning quality.
