本文基于在氨性介质中痕量Cu(Ⅱ)对H_2O_2氧化亮绿SF反应的催化作用,提出了催化光度法测定痕量铜的新方法,其检出限为1.9×10~(-10)g/ml,线性范围为3.16×10~(-10)～1.15×10~(-8)g/ml。同时,测定了催化反应与非催化反应的表观活化能,研究了共存离子对测定的影响。方法用于铝合金和环境水样分析,获得了满意的结果。 In this paper, a new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace copper based on the catalytic action of trace amount of Cu (Ⅱ) on the bright green SF of H_2O_2 was proposed. The detection limit was 1.9 × 10 ~ (-10) g / ml, linear range of 3.16 × 10 -10 ~ 1.15 × 10 -8 g / ml. At the same time, the apparent activation energy of the catalytic reaction and the non-catalytic reaction was measured, and the influence of the coexisting ions on the determination was studied. The method was applied to the analysis of aluminum alloy and environmental water samples and obtained satisfactory results.
