产业结构调整是落实科学发展观和推进经济增长方式转换的主要手段。在市场经济条件下,产业结构调整要在市场机制的基础上以服从市场规律的方式进行。本文在总结我国各地进行产业结构调整的经验的基础上,对影响我国产业结构调整的重要理论和政策发表了若干独立的见解,试图为正在制定和决策中的“十一五”计划提供某些方面的智力支持。
Adjustment of industrial structure is the main means of implementing the scientific concept of development and promoting the transformation of the mode of economic growth.
