目的:了解掌握西宁地区正常人红细胞免疫功能的正常值。方法:按文献[1]采用郭峰建立的最常用的三种检测指标和方法。结果:西宁地区健康人三种红细胞花环率(%):补体C3b受体花环率(R-C3bR)、红细胞免疫复合物IC花环率(R-ICR)、红细胞免疫粘附肿瘤细胞花环率(R-TRR)分别为13.47±3.05,3.61±1.46,31.32±6.06。结论:西宁地区正常人三种花环率正常值与外省各地区的正常值有显著差别,数值较外地低下。三种花环率与性别之间无显著性差别。
Objective: To understand the normal value of normal human erythrocyte immune function in Xining area. Methods: According to the literature [1], Guo Feng established the most commonly used three kinds of detection indicators and methods. Results: The percentage of rosette of three kinds of erythrocytes in healthy people in Xining (R-C3bR), R-ICR (erythrocyte immune complex), rosette -TRR) were 13.47 ± 3.05, 3.61 ± 1.46, 31.32 ± 6.06, respectively. Conclusion: The normal rate of three kinds of rosette of normal people in Xining area is significantly different from the normal value of all provinces in other provinces, the value is lower than that of other places. There was no significant difference between the three rosette rates and gender.
