采用溶液法合成了3,5二-氯水杨醛氨基硫脲酰腙-邻菲口罗啉Zn(Ⅱ)配合物,并培养出单晶。通过元素分析、红外光谱对配体及配合物结构进行了表征。利用B ruker SMART CCD衍射仪测定了配合物的晶体结构。结构解析表明,标题配合物属单斜晶系,空间群为P 21/n,其晶胞参数为a=1.96322(19)nm,b=2.1942(2)nm,c=2.6927(3)nm,α=90.00°,β=95.637(2)°,γ=90.00°,V=11.5434(19)nm3,Z=8,D c=1.421g.cm-3,F(000)=1018;最终偏差因子R1=0.0640,wR2=0.1789和R1=0.1690,wR2=0.2451。
The 3,5 - dichlorosalicylaldehyde thiosemicarbazone - o - phenanthrolazoline Zn (Ⅱ) complex was synthesized by solution method and the single crystals were grown. The structure of the ligand and the complex were characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectroscopy. The crystal structure of the complex was determined by Bruker SMART CCD diffractometer. The structural analysis shows that the title complex belongs to the monoclinic system with a space group of P 21 / n with unit cell parameters of a = 1.96322 (19) nm, b = 2.1942 (2) nm and c = α = 90.00 °, β = 95.637 (2) °, γ = 90.00 °, V = 11.5434 (19) nm3, Z = 8, D c = 1.421g.cm-3, F (000) = 1018; final deviation factor R1 = 0.0640, wR2 = 0.1789 and R1 = 0.1690, wR2 = 0.2451.
