进入21世纪,中国加入WTO,中国企业在机遇与挑战中寻找“奶酪”,在生死抉择中选择变革。它们已经走到了需要通过生存空间的转移,来完成其战略性升级目标,于是选择了艰难的企业迁移(包括将企业总部、生产基地及运营资金迁往异地)。它们面临的不仅是迁移过程中,产生于企业内外部的诸多矛盾;更重要的是,它们能否在新的生存环境中扎根、汲养,最终赢得胜利!
Entering the 21st century, China’s accession to the WTO, Chinese companies in the opportunities and challenges to find “cheese”, choose to change in the choice between life and death. They have come to the point where they need to complete their strategic upgrade goals through the transfer of living space. They have chosen difficult corporate relocations (including moving corporate headquarters, production bases, and operating funds to different locations). What they face is not only the many contradictions that arise in the process of internal and external migration but also, more importantly, whether they can take root and support themselves in a new living environment and win in the end.
