我部于1978年6月11日对万米赛跑中17名中暑病人进行了抢救,效果较好,2~6小时内全部步行返回单位。初步总结报告如下。一、一般情况及表现 17例中暑运动员全部为我校学工人员,男性,年龄21~28岁,平素体质健康。一般在跑步至6,000~10,000米时,先出现头昏眼花、视力模糊、疲乏、走路摇恍,继而意识不清、面色苍白或紫绀、大汗。经适当治疗休息后,于神志恢复前均有一兴奋期,表现错语、哭喊、挣扎等。少数病人有不同程度的肌肉痉挛;血压一般在90~120/50~60,个别84/50;心率100~120次,个
