重点分析了 2 0 0 0年 2~ 7月份我国北方高温少雨的时空分布特征 ,并与国外及我国历史上的干旱特征进行了对比 ;从大气环流、海洋、天气气候及全球变化的角度初步探讨了干旱的成因 ;回顾了今年春、夏季北方少雨 (干旱 )的预报服务情况 ,并初步展望了未来秋、冬、春季降水趋势 ;建议在制订相应应急政策、加强保护生态环境及水资源的同时 ,加强气象部门对人工影响天气、干旱预警系统及干旱机理等方面的业务建设和科学研究。
This paper focuses on analyzing the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of high temperature and low temperature in northern China from February to July in 2000 and compares them with the history of other countries and the history of China’s drought. In the light of atmospheric circulation, ocean, weather and global change, The causes of drought were reviewed. The forecast service of rainy (arid) northern China in spring and summer this year was reviewed, and the future precipitation trends in autumn, winter and spring were forecasted. It is suggested that while formulating corresponding emergency policies and strengthening the protection of ecological environment and water resources , And strengthen the business construction and scientific research of the meteorological department on artificial weather, drought warning system and drought mechanism.
