目的:推行药物治疗学门诊,促进人性化药学服务的实现。方法:对实现人性化药学服务产生制约的相关问题进行探讨,提出药物治疗学门诊的概念和实施设想。结果与结论:人性化药学服务的实质是药物治疗学关怀,热情服务的同时应更注重为患者提供药学专业服务。设立药物治疗学门诊,由药师依据医师诊断、药物治疗方案和患者情况,进行个体化的、有针对性的、附带有审查性质的药物治疗学“诊治”是实现人性化药学服务的有效途径。
Objective: To promote the pharmacy clinic and promote the realization of humanized pharmacy services. Methods: To discuss the related problems that restrict the realization of humanized pharmacy service, and put forward the concept and implementation plan of pharmacy outpatient service. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The essence of humanized pharmacy service is drug treatment care, warm service and more emphasis on providing professional pharmacy services to patients. The establishment of drug treatment clinic, the pharmacist based on physician diagnosis, drug treatment programs and patient conditions, individualized, targeted, with review of the nature of the drug treatment “diagnosis and treatment ” is to achieve the effectiveness of humanized pharmacy services way.
