近几年来,黑龙江省部分市、县道路建设工程多以水泥路面为主,特别是1995年全省范围内推行公路网化建设以来,高等级公路多以混凝土路面为主。这是因为水泥混凝土路面具有强度高,稳定性好,使用时间长,养护费用低等优点,许多建设单位宁愿多投资建设水泥路面,也不愿低价建黑色路面,这还是因为黑色路面在东北冰冻地区抗低温变形能力弱,低温缩裂、渗水,导致出现各种病害。所以,全省公路建设开始普及白色水泥路面,但白色水泥路面在施工中或使用中也往往易出现裂缝与断板现象,严重影响公路路面使用寿命。近几年来,我们通过修建水泥路面,初步总结出一些经验。
