人权网站已成为人权法研究的一个崭新视角。本文拟根据国际人权法保护机制的特点,梳理国际人权法网站的分布脉络,并通过对重点人权网站的初步介绍和简要评价,为人权法学研究提供有效的检索路径和不可或缺的知识基础。鉴于互联网信息资源数量极大且时效性强、但内容良不齐且准确性不易核实等特点,本文将探讨对象限定为各类组织、政府及机构的官方网站或声誉卓著的权威网站。
Human rights website has become a new perspective on the study of human rights law. Based on the characteristics of the protection mechanism of international human rights law, this article aims at combing the distribution of international human rights law websites and providing an effective search path and an indispensable knowledge base for the study of human rights law through preliminary introduction and brief evaluation of key human rights websites. In view of the great quantity and timeliness of the Internet information resources, but the content is not good enough and the accuracy is not easy to verify and so on, this article will explore the subject limited to various types of organizations, government and institutions of the official website or reputable authority website.
