述者背景:向曾榆,湖南郴州市统计局党组书记,今年56岁,1994年调任郴州市统计局局长。上任以后励精图治,开拓进取,连续5年被评为市政府优秀领导班子;市统计局2000年获全国统计系统先进集体。他本人先后荣记三等功四次、记大功一次、一等功一次;连续五年获郴州市委授予的“优秀领导干部称号”;2000年荣获全国统计系统先进个人称号;2001年获湖南省人民满意公仆称号。
