教学设计是教师教学工作的重要组成部分,不仅体现着教师的专业素养,而且影响着课堂的教学效果,更是关系着基础教育新课程改革的顺利实施。具体到课堂教学中,教师教学设计能力的高低直接与教学水平、教学质量挂钩。本研究运用问卷调查对运城地区中小学教师的教学设计能力状况进行了抽样调查,调查表明教师课堂教学设计能力在各个子能力上的表现不一。
Instructional design is an important part of teachers ’teaching work. It not only reflects teachers’ professionalism but also affects the teaching effect in the classroom. It is also related to the smooth implementation of the new curriculum reform in basic education. Specific to classroom teaching, the level of teaching design ability of teachers directly linked with the teaching level, teaching quality. In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the teaching design ability of primary and secondary school teachers in Yuncheng area. The investigation shows that teachers’ ability in classroom instruction design varies in each sub-ability.
