高效课堂是以学生终身发展的教学理念为指导,以规范具体的教学目标为导向,是教师的梦想,是学校、家庭、社会的希望。高效课堂教学所遵循的理念实质就是促进学生的终身发展、为学生终身发展奠基。这就决定高效的课堂教学应着眼于学生的未来发展,培养学生的学习热情,使学生“爱学习”和“会学习”。高效课堂教学并不是教学内容越“多”越好或越“难”越好,而是要在了解学生的实际发展水平和特点的基础上,合理地确定教学内容的重点。
Efficient classroom is guided by the teaching philosophy of lifelong students’ development. It is the dream of teachers and the hope of schools, families and society to guide the teaching of specific teaching objectives. Efficient classroom teaching to follow the concept of essence is to promote the life-long development of students, laying the foundation for the students life-long development. It is decided that efficient classroom teaching should focus on the future development of students, develop students’ enthusiasm for learning, so that students “love learning ” and “will learn ”. Efficient classroom teaching is not the more teaching content, the more the better or the more difficult, the better, but to understand the actual level of development and characteristics of students based on the reasonable to determine the focus of teaching content.
