针对全球变化和高强度的人类活动背景下我国面临的复杂水问题和生态危机,剖析了我国的水问题特征,并面向流域水资源可持续性调控配置,分析了当前流域水资源管理中存在的问题,指出生态水文模拟与基于全过程全要素的水资源配置为变化环境下流域水资源可持续调控的关键支撑技术。
In view of the complicated water crisis and ecological crisis our country faces in the context of global change and high intensity of human activities, the paper analyzes the characteristics of water problems in our country and faces the problems of the regulation and control of water resources sustainability in the basin and analyzes the current water resources management in the basin Problem and pointed out that the key technologies supporting ecological and hydrological modeling and water resources allocation based on the whole process are the key supporting technologies for the sustainable regulation of water resources in the basin under changing environment.
