作为教育工作者,尤其是一所学校的校长,每一个人都渴望能够创建一种具有特性的不断持续发展的教育,让每一个受教育者终生受益。这种教育在确定与发展之后,就形成了学校某一方面的教育特色,而逐渐发展为学校整体的特色教育。基于对学校特色教育创建的认识,笔者谈几点粗浅的看法供同行商榷。选择与定位每一所学校在选择自我特色时都会经历一个极其复杂的过程,判断,考察,甄别,实践,确定,甚至是改革后再确定,或者也有批判、否定而从头再来。不为特色而特色,
As educators, especially principals of a school, each one is eager to create a continually evolving education of character that benefits every educated person for the rest of his life. After this kind of education is confirmed and developed, it has formed one kind of education characteristic of the school, and gradually developed into the characteristic education of the whole school. Based on the understanding of the creation of school-based education, I talk about a few superficial views for colleagues to discuss. Choosing and Positioning Every school experiences an extremely complex process of selecting one’s own characteristics, judging, examining, screening, practicing, determining, even determining after the reform, or starting from scratch with criticism and negation.
