从益智的果实益智仁中分离出一种有强心作用的成份,经鉴定为yakuchinone-A。在筛选一些姜科天然药物强心成份的过程中,发现益智果实中的甲醇提取物对离体豚鼠左心房有显著的增强收缩力的作用,该果实在日语中称为“yakuchi”,它是日本及其它亚洲国家医治胃肠失调的民间常用药物。益智果实的甲醇提取物可分成乙酸乙酯可溶部分、正丁醇可溶部分及水溶部分。有药理活性的乙酸乙酯可溶部分,经反复硅胶柱层析得一淡黄色油状强心物质。该化合物味辛,其理化性质与从同种植物分离出的辛辣成份药物yakuchinone
A heart-inducing ingredient was isolated from the fruit of the puzzle, which was identified as yakuchinone-A. In the process of screening the strong heart components of some natural ginger medicines, it was found that the methanol extract in the fruit of Zhiye has a significant effect on the contraction of the left atrium of guinea pigs. The fruit is called “yakuchi” in Japanese. It is a commonly used drug for the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders in Japan and other Asian countries. The methanol extract of the Zhizhi fruit can be divided into ethyl acetate soluble fraction, n-butanol soluble fraction and water soluble fraction. The pharmacologically active ethyl acetate soluble fraction was subjected to repeated silica gel column chromatography to obtain a pale yellow oily cardiac substance. The compound is spicy and its physicochemical properties are related to the yakuchinone, a spicy ingredient that is isolated from the same plant.
