根据现代轧机理论,对轧机主传动系统的固有频率、振型进行研究并用迭代法对其模型求解。对轧机咬钢、抛钢冲击产生的瞬态扭振响应及扭矩放大系数进行求解。从而帮助设计师调整各个部分的参数,保证轧机的安全运行。
According to the modern rolling mill theory, the natural frequency and vibration mode of the main drive system of the rolling mill are studied and the model is solved by the iterative method. The solution of transient torsional vibration response and torque amplification factor of rolling steel bite and steel impact are solved. To help designers adjust the parameters of various parts to ensure the safe operation of the mill.
