1983年6月21日,我院某学员队食堂发生一起食物中毒,就餐人员397人,发病158人,发病率为39.8％。经流行病学调查,细菌学和血清学检验,证实是由食入被变形杆菌污染的食品引起,现将调查情况报告如下。临床表现潜伏期最短1小时,最长34小时,多在2～10小时,平均12小时。症状和体征病人先觉腹痛、恶心、头晕继而腹痛加剧、呕吐、腹泻、多数病人为水样便、严重者每日腹泻18次,部分病人体温稍有升高伴全身不适。发病48小时后,一般主要症
On June 21, 1983, a food poisoning occurred in a cafeteria canteen of our college. There were 397 dining staff and 158 patients with a morbidity of 39.8%. Epidemiological investigations, bacteriological and serological tests, confirmed that the food was contaminated by the food caused by Proteus, the investigation is now reported as follows.
