为了探索不同品种的谷子在遭受盐胁迫时,不同浓度的赤霉素对谷子发芽期各项指标的缓解作用,以张杂谷3号、张杂谷10号为材料,在75mmol/L Na2CO3盐胁迫时,用不同浓度的外源赤霉素(GA3)进行处理,测定了处理后的各项指标。结果表明:在盐胁迫处理同时分别加入60、80、100、120mg/L外源GA3,谷子种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、根长、芽长均有一定程度的提高。因此外源GA3对盐胁迫起到了一定的缓解作用。其中张杂谷3号经120mg/L、张杂谷10号经100mg/L外源GA3处理,缓解效果最显著,各指标与无盐胁迫的正常对照相比,差异不显著。
In order to explore different types of millet in salt stress, different concentrations of gibberellin millet germination of various indicators of alleviating effect to Zhang Zha Gu 3, Zhang Zha Gu 10 as the material, 75mmol / L Na2CO3 salt Stress, with different concentrations of exogenous GA3 treatment, measured after treatment of the indicators. The results showed that the germination rate, germination potential, germination index, root length and shoot length of millet seeds were all increased to a certain extent when 60, 80, 100, 120 mg / L exogenous GA3 was added simultaneously under salt stress. Therefore, exogenous GA3 played a certain role in alleviating salt stress. Among them, Zhang Zugu No.3 was treated by 100 mg / L GA3 at 120 mg / L and Zhang Zagu10, which showed the most obvious alleviating effect. Compared with the normal control without salt stress, the difference was not significant.
