本文对武汉市区２０～８６ 岁人群中６１８ 例正常人进行了双能 Ｘ 线骨密度测量。结果显示，腰椎骨峰值女性见于 ３０～３９ 岁，男性见于２０～２９ 岁；股骨上端骨峰值男、女性见于２０～２９ 岁。女性５０ 岁以后可见骨量丢失加速，男性呈缓慢丢失。骨矿累积丢失率女性高于男性。
In this paper, 618 normal subjects from 20 to 86 years old in Wuhan city were measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry. The results showed that lumbar vertebrae peaks in women aged 30 to 39 years, males found in 20 to 29 years old; femur peak of the top men and women found in 20 to 29 years. Visible loss of bone mass in women after 50 years of age was accelerated, and men were slowly lost. The cumulative loss rate of bone mineral is higher in women than in men.
