目的:探讨手掌测量法在农村糖尿病患者饮食指导方面的应用效果。方法:于2015年4月,将内分泌科农村糖尿病住院患者60例作为研究对象,随机进行分组。对照组采用传统的纸质宣教资料结合仿真食物模型进行饮食指导,实验组在对照组基础上增加手掌测量法给予饮食指导。对两组患者的指导效果进行比较。结果:干预后,两组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白及饮食知识掌握情况明显优于对照组(p<0.01)。结论:用手掌测量法对农村糖尿病住院患者进行饮食指导,便于患者理解,有利于饮食知识掌握,值得推广应用。
Objective: To explore the application of palmprint method in the dietary guidance of rural diabetics. Methods: In April 2015, 60 cases of inpatients with diabetes in rural endocrinology were randomly divided into groups. The control group used the traditional paper educational materials combined with the simulation food model for dietary guidance. The experimental group added the palm measurement method to the dietary guidance based on the control group. The two groups of patients to guide the effect of comparison. Results: After intervention, fasting blood glucose, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and knowledge of diet were significantly better than those of the control group (p <0.01). Conclusion: The method of palm measurement in rural diabetic inpatients dietary guidance, easy for patients to understand, is conducive to grasp of diet knowledge, it is worth promoting the application.
