《3~6岁儿童学习与发展指南》提出:教师在教育工作中应当做到:热爱每个幼儿,善于观察幼儿,对本班幼儿年龄的阶段特点和个体差异及家庭式环境有充分的了解。观察是人们认识世界的一种方法。在幼儿园里,观察是教师获得幼儿个体和群体信息的主要途径。观察,让教师掌握来自幼儿的第一手信息,对于了解幼儿有着很重要的作用;观察,让教师了解幼儿的不同差异;观察,能帮助教师思考适合幼儿的教育策略。那么什么才是真正的观察,观察的作用是什么,怎样观察,以及如何提高教师的观察力?
The Guidelines for Learning and Development of Children 3 to 6 years old put forward that teachers should do their best in education: they should love every young child, be good at observing young children, have a full understanding of the stage characteristics, individual differences and family environment of this young child. Observation is one way people know the world. In kindergarten, observation is the main way for teachers to obtain information on young children and groups. Observe that allowing teachers to grasp first-hand information from young children plays an important role in understanding young children. Observation allows teachers to understand the differences among young children. Observations can help teachers to think about strategies suitable for young children. So what is the real observation, what is the role of observation, how to observe and how to improve the teacher’s observation?
