目的探索天远今通抗栓胶囊联合维脑路治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将86例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在常规治疗基础上用天远今通抗栓胶囊联合维脑路治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上用维脑路治疗,20d为一疗程,疗程结束评定疗效。结果两组治疗后神经功能缺损积分和中医证候积分结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论天远今通抗栓胶囊联合维脑路治疗急性脑梗死具有显著的治疗效果。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Tian Yuan Jin Tong Kang Bolu combined with Wei Nao Lu in treating acute cerebral infarction. Methods Eighty-six patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with Tianyuanjin Tongkang antithrombotic capsule combined with Wei-na-lu on the basis of conventional treatment. The control group was treated with Wei-luo-lu on the basis of conventional treatment. A course of treatment, the end of the assessment of curative effect. Results After treatment, neurological deficit scores and TCM syndrome scores were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion Tian Yuan Jin Tong anti-suppository capsules combined with venous treatment of acute cerebral infarction has a significant therapeutic effect.
