近年来,随着计算机的普及和信息网络发展迅速,我市相继建成了《宝鸡旅游网》、《宝鸡工业企业网》、《宝鸡信息港》等38个综合服务和专业网站,基本形成了既有国际互联网、又有专业局域网, 既有按业务系统建成的如金融、税务等系统的垂直广域网络、又有如军工企业和涉密单位内部的横向网络的交叉网络体系,给人们的工作、生活等方面带来了极大的便利。但计算机及网络,也给国家秘密信息安全带来了极大的挑战和隐患。为了加强我市计算机及网络保密管理,确保国家秘密信息安全,2004年7月至9月中旬,我们对全市计算机安全保密管理情况进行了深入调研。
