目的准确分析一起细菌性食物中毒的原因。方法 2013年7月16日襄阳市某公司职工食堂发生一起食物中毒事件,资料来源于襄阳市第一人民医院、襄阳市中医院、襄阳市铁路中心医院门诊部的就诊登记及个案调查登记病例,襄阳市疾病预防控制中心实验室的检测结果。流行病学调查(病例对照分析)、现场卫生学调查,调查资料用SPSS13.0统计分析。结果在采集的23份标本中有9份标本分离出沙门菌,通过沙门菌血清学鉴定检查出其为肠炎沙门菌,未检出其他肠道致病菌。结论该次事件为沙门菌食物中毒,应加强食品安全管理工作,防止沙门菌污染食品,减少食物中毒的发生。
Objective To accurately analyze the causes of bacterial food poisoning. Methods On July 16, 2013, a food poisoning incident occurred in the canteen of a company in Xiangyang City. The data were obtained from the registration and case-based registration of cases in Xiangyang First People’s Hospital, Xiangyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Xiangyang Railway Central Hospital Outpatient Department, Xiangyang City Center for Disease Control and Prevention laboratory test results. Epidemiological survey (case-control analysis), field health survey, survey data using SPSS13.0 statistical analysis. Results Salmonella were isolated from 9 specimens of 23 specimens collected and Salmonella enteritidis was detected by serological identification of Salmonella. No other enteropathogenic bacteria were detected. Conclusion The incident was Salmonella food poisoning. Food safety management should be strengthened to prevent Salmonella contamination of food and reduce the incidence of food poisoning.
