为了加速无线电管理的科学化、自动化进程,由国家无线电频谱管理中心统一组织并研制开发了《微机网络台站管理系统》V2.0版。我们在使用该系统的收费处理子系统的过程中,觉得该子系统比较简单,使用起来不太方便。收费工作是各级无委机构日常必须要做的工作,省级无委办需要全面掌握地、市派出机构的收费情况。为此我们开发了《无线电台(站)收费管理系统》,通过1997年度实际收费工作的检验,证明该系统设计合理、实用性强,极大地减轻了工作强度,可以适用于各省、地、市级无委
