小麦花药培养,我国许多科研单位,特别是中国科学院遗传所、中国科学院北京植物所、中国科学院遗传分所、西北植物研究所、黑龙江省农科院育种所、黑龙江省合江地区稻科所、河北省农作物研究所、山东省昌潍地区农科所、昆明市农科所以及兰州大学生物系、甘肃农业大学等做了不少工作。且中国科学院遗传所与昆明市农科所协作,培育出了小麦新品系“花培一号”。这个品系是由科春五号与小偃759杂交第一代花药培养育成,据试验,产量超过对照品种34.2~53.4%。看来,小麦花药培养对粮食增产是大有可为的。
Wheat anther culture, many of our research institutes, especially the Institute of Genetics Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences Beijing Institute of Botany, the Chinese Academy of Sciences branch of genetic, Northwest Institute of Botany, Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences breeding, Heijiang Heijiang Province Rice Branch, Crop Research Institute of Hebei Province, Changwei Agricultural Science Institute of Shandong Province, Kunming Agricultural Science and Lanzhou University Department of Biology, Gansu Agricultural University, a lot of work. And the Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Genetics and Kunming Agricultural Science Institute collaborated to cultivate a new wheat line “flower training on the 1st.” This line is developed by the first generation of anther culture of Kechun No.5 and Xiaoyan 759. According to the experiment, the yield exceeded 34.2-53.4% of the control variety. It seems that the wheat anther culture is a great way to increase grain output.
