普通中专是各类中等职业教育的主战线。它以培养中等专业技术人才为目标,培养的学生在生产或经营中是高级技术人员联结一线工人的纽带。这一层面的人才在各级国民教育中是不可缺少的,在国民经济中发挥着不可替代的作用。 建国以来,计划经济曾经为普通中专教育的发展提供支持与需求,在市场经济条件下如何发展普通中专教育已成为新的课题,本文就此作如下研讨。
Ordinary secondary school is the main front line of all kinds of secondary vocational education. It aims to cultivate medium-sized professional and technical personnel. Students who are trained in production or operation are the bonds linking senior technicians to front-line workers. This level of talent is indispensable to national education at all levels and plays an irreplaceable role in the national economy. Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the planned economy has provided support and demand for the development of general secondary education. How to develop general secondary education under market economy has become a new topic.
