目的了解深圳市龙岗区街道公共卫生机构人力资源的现状,为卫生行政部门统筹街道公共卫生人力资源提供决策。方法对深圳市龙岗区7个街道卫生监督分所(预防保健所)工作人员进行问卷调查,采用Excel进行分析。结果深圳市龙岗区街道公共卫生人员年龄分布主要集中在25~46岁间,占73.02%,但人员编制不足、人才流失严重,低学历低职称人员比例偏高、高职称人员较少、专业技术人员紧缺,人力资源向健康体检、卫生检测、医疗监督管理和疾病预防控制等岗位倾斜,且行政后勤冗员多。结论应采取有效措施合理配置人力资源,健全与龙岗区经济社会相适应的街道公共卫生体系。
Objective To understand the current situation of human resources of public health institutions in streets of Longgang District, Shenzhen and to provide decision-making for the health administrative departments to co-ordinate the street public health human resources. Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out on seven street health supervision sub-offices (preventive health-care facilities) in Longgang District, Shenzhen, using Excel for analysis. Results The age distribution of street public health workers in Longgang District was mainly between 25 and 46 years old, accounting for 73.02%. However, the staffing establishment was insufficient, the brain drain was serious, the proportion of people with low education level was higher, the number of higher professional titles was less, the professional skills Staff shortages, human resources to health examination, health testing, medical supervision and management and disease prevention and control and other positions tilt, and redundant administrative staff. Conclusion Effective measures should be taken to allocate human resources rationally and improve the street public health system that is suitable for the economy and society of Longgang District.
