为贯彻落实《中共中央国务院关于进一步加强和改进未成年人思想道德建设的若干意见》和《中共中央国务院关于加强青少年体育增强青少年体质的意见》的要求,为青少年学生提供优质艺术教育活动资源,促进青少年学生健康成长、全面发展,教育部组织创编了,并决定自2007年9月1日起在全国中小学校全面推广。
In order to implement the “Several Opinions of the Chinese Communist Party Central Committee and the State Council on Further Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Moral Construction of Minors,” and the “Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Strengthening the Juvenile Sports to Strengthen the Physical Fitness of Young People”, we provide young students with resources for high-quality art education activities. To promote the healthy growth and comprehensive development of young students, the Ministry of Education organized the compilation and decided to promote it across the country from September 1, 2007.
