在过去数十年间,伴随信息化时代的来临,制造、金融、通讯、商贸、媒体等行业率先在“+互联网”上获取巨大成功。在施工企业,信息化已成为提升管控能力,降低成本消耗,防范风险的有效手段。施工项目管理人员注重信息化建设工作,也取得了良好的效果。但是由于诸多因素的影响导致企业信息化程度不高,资源不能有效整合。本文结合自身工作经验,分析施工企业信息化存在的问题并提出有建设性的改善意见,希望推动企业信息化更上一个台阶。
Over the past few decades, with the advent of the information age, industries such as manufacturing, finance, communications, commerce and trade, and media took the lead in achieving great success on the Internet. In construction enterprises, informationization has become an effective means to enhance management and control capabilities, reduce costs and prevent risks. Construction project management focus on information technology, but also achieved good results. However, due to the influence of many factors, the degree of enterprise informationization is not high and resources can not be effectively integrated. This article, combined with my own work experience, analyzes the existing problems of construction enterprise informatization and puts forward constructive suggestions for improvement, hoping to promote the enterprise informatization to a higher level.
