目的:分析卡前列甲醛栓预防产后出血的效果。方法:选取2013年2月~2014年2月我院收治的62例剖宫产产妇进行回顾性分析,并随机分成观察组和对照组两组,每组31例,观察组采用卡前列甲醛栓,对照组采用静脉注射缩宫素。分析对比两组患者产后出血量、血压变化及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组术后2h出血量、术后24h出血量均低于对照组(P<0.05),且不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),而两组患者的血压对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:卡前列甲酯栓预防产后出血效果值得肯定,且术后不良反应发生率低,值得推广。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the effect of card-shaped formaldehyde suppository in preventing postpartum hemorrhage. Methods: 62 cases of cesarean section in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2014 were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into two groups (observation group and control group, 31 cases in each group). The observation group was treated with cardiopulmonary suppository The control group received intravenous oxytocin. Analysis and comparison of postpartum hemorrhage volume, blood pressure and incidence of adverse reactions in two groups of patients. Results: The amount of hemorrhage 2 hours after operation and the amount of hemorrhage 24 hours after operation were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05), and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05), while no significant difference was found between the two groups Difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The effect of card tops methyl ester suppository to prevent postpartum hemorrhage is worthy of affirmation, and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions is low, which is worth to be popularized.
