随着网络技术的持续进步,近几年中国的电子商务得到了迅猛发展,一些行政区域的监管与网络的跨区域性产生了矛盾,导致了互联网商务法律监管的滞后性。现如今互联网商务深入我们的生活,并且已经占据了大部分的市场份额,逐渐展现出一些法律监管漏洞,传统的法律监管方式已经不能完全适用,为适应新的市场发展,也应该在法律监管方面有所突破,全面发挥立法的补充作用。
