目的:观察步长稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗高血压并室性心律失常的临床疗效。方法:将92例高血压并室性心律失常的患者随机分为两组,治疗组46例,口服稳心颗粒+美托洛尔,对照组46例,口服美托洛尔,共4周。结果:治疗组总有效率为82.61%,心律失常发生次数显著减少。对照组总有效率为65.22%,两组总有效率比较有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗高血压并室性心律失常疗效更佳,且副作用轻,临床应用安全有效。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Wenxin granule combined with metoprolol in the treatment of hypertension and ventricular arrhythmia. Methods: A total of 92 patients with hypertension and ventricular arrhythmia were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (46 cases), oral Wenxin granules + metoprolol (46 cases) and metoprolol orally for 4 weeks. Results: The total effective rate was 82.61% in treatment group, and the number of arrhythmia was significantly decreased. The total effective rate of the control group was 65.22%, the total effective rate was statistically significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Wenxin granule combined with Metoprolol has better curative effect on hypertension and ventricular arrhythmia with less side effects and is safe and effective in clinical application.
