随机选择10例急性非淋巴细胞白血病及慢性粒细胞白血病5例、真性红细胞增多症4例、缺铁性贫血7例和正常骨髓4例进行骨髓细胞长期培养的比较研究。结果表明;(1)从贴壁层细胞生长看:(a)正常和缺铁性贫血分别于3~4周、4~5周出现完全融合;慢粒不出现完全融合;真红和急非淋部分病例完全融合。(b)各病种均可看到较大巨噬细胞和多角扁平细胞,数量和胞浆内容不相同。(c)电镜观察:透
10 cases of acute non-lymphocytic leukemia and 5 cases of chronic myeloid leukemia, 4 cases of polycythemia vera, 7 cases of iron deficiency anemia and 4 cases of normal bone marrow were selected for long-term culture of bone marrow comparative study.
