采用密闭消解法分解试样,电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定钨矿石和钼矿石中的主量和微量元素。试样经过氧化氢、氢氟酸、盐酸、硝酸、高氯酸密闭消解,王水和酒石酸提取后,用ICP-AES同时测定钨矿石和钼矿石中铍、铁、钾、镧、锰、钼、钠、钛、钨等9种元素,利用离峰背景校正法消除了背景干扰。方法的检出限在0.14—145μg/g之间,测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=12)均小于10%,加标回收率在90%—110%之间。经国家一级标准物质分析验证,分析结果与推荐值基本吻合。
The samples were decomposed by a closed digestion method and the main and trace elements in tungsten ore and molybdenum ore were determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). Samples were subjected to closed digestion with hydrogen peroxide, hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and perchloric acid. After extraction with aqua regia and tartaric acid, beryllium, iron, potassium, lanthanum, manganese, molybdenum and molybdenum were simultaneously determined by ICP-AES , Sodium, titanium, tungsten and other nine kinds of elements, the use of off-peak background correction method to eliminate the background interference. The detection limits were between 0.14 and 145 μg / g. The relative standard deviations (RSDs, n = 12) were all less than 10% and the recoveries were between 90% and 110%. After the analysis and verification of the national standard material, the analysis result basically agrees with the recommended value.
